As we provide digital services such as website and app development, there are no physical products to return.

4. Revisions

We offer revisions based on the selected plan. Clients can request changes within the agreed scope.

5. Project Cancellation

If a project is canceled by the client before work begins, a partial refund may be considered.

6. Delay from Client Side

If delays occur due to lack of communication or resources from the client, no refunds will be applicable.

7. Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if any, are granted only in rare cases and at the sole discretion of WebZeno.
